story…

so i lost soo much weight for prom and i felt awesome….as soon as i went off to camp i gained it all back plus more and starting my 1st year in university did not help. obviously gained the freshman 15 and it feel like shit. so im making an online plan to loose it all and more (30 lbs) by the time summer rolls around

when i was loosing weight i was running almost everyday for 45 minutes, including 15 minutes of wall push ups and sit ups. 

diet wise, breakfast: i was eating a piece of whole wheat toast with peanut butter and a piece of fruit, lunch: a green salad with tuna, feta cheese, cucumbers and peppers, snack after school: fruit smoothie…since i do not have access to freshly made smoothies in my rez’s caf because its absolute shit, i will substitute this with fruit and yogurt, dinner: i did not usually eat, instead i would run, but fresh vegetables and some sort of meat will due here. 

i want to be taking in no more than 900 cal per day, preferably under 800
